The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Masjidul Haram and offers spacious rooms. The service was friendly and helpful, although there were some issues with impoliteness. The dining options were reasonable but not exceptional. The location is a big plus but could be closer to Haram. The facilities were a mix of positives and negatives.

My room was supposed to be a triple room but was originally a double with an uncomfortable extra bed. The cleanliness was good, although the carpet rugs looked quite dirty. The size and design of the room were quite satisfying.

The hotel's room design and size were quite good, but the experience was disrupted when someone opened my room with a swipe key in the middle of the night. The shuttle service was a positive touch, but the service from the staff left much to be desired. Although the location was decent and offered value for the money, the behavior of a Saudi male staff member was a negative highlight.
